RPH Consulting, Ltd develop and implement EPC/Cm controls systems integrating Progress/Productivity, CPM Scheduling, Cost Management and Change Management.

Our project controls philosophy is based upon developing a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the entire scope of work. The WBS becomes the organizational structure for all project controls components; the CPM schedule, progress and productivity databases, cost management and change management. A WBS supports a hierarchical approach for collecting of detailed information, rolling it up to the control level for monitoring and control, and summarizing to a high level for executive reporting.

RPH Consulting utilize industry proven work processes for collecting progress and cost data, analyzing it, forecasting costs, updating schedules and evaluating potential changes.
