Reviewed completeness and correctness of  Development and FEP deliverables for $450MM CAPEX authorization for owner company. Results found several major deficiencies in project documents.

Case 2—FEP3 Gate Review of $50MM CAD Steelmaking Facility

Reviewed completeness and correctness of  Development and FEP deliverables for $50MM CAPEX authorization for owner company. Results found few major and several minor deficiencies in project documents.

Case 3—EPC9 Gate Review of $150MM USD BESS Facility

Reviewed progress on $150MM BESS project for owner company to validate schedule and cost status reported by its EPC Contractor.  Also provided owner with recommendations for avoiding similar issues on future projects.
