RPH Consulting, Ltd. have many years of experience in developing both small ($1-$3MM) Schedule and Financial Impact Reports and large (>$30MM), fully developed claims. We have analyzed impacts resulting from simple causes as delays and compound impacts resulting from multiple, concurrent causes.

RPH Consulting specialize in preparing Executive Summary Reports. In most situations, clients are able to negotiate settlements quickly and without the significant expense of formal dispute resolution using an abbreviated presentation of the issues accompanied by schedule and cost analyses.

Our approach focuses on analyzing the project documentation as well as getting the non-data information from project team members. Our detailed analysis capabilities are the result of many years of field experience in the direct hire, general contracting business. We understand the volume and types of detailed labor and project information available for analysis as well as how to analyze it.
